Reiki is a hands-on Japanese form of energy healing to promote balance. Reiki translates to "spiritually guided life force energy". It is a non-invasive technique for stress reduction, relaxation and promotes healing. Reiki 1 awakened your heart to access unlimited source energy. Reiki 2 is more than opening your door to practitioner status. Reiki 2 is expanding your consciousness by opening your third eye to harness reiki source energy with greater mastery to help you connect and navigate life with your own inner wisdom.
