Payments and Refunds

Payments for coaching packages are made via direct debit on a monthly or upfront basis. Payment must be received before sessions commence. Refunds are not available for missed sessions; however, rescheduling may be possible with sufficient notice. For membership programs, payments are made either upfront or through recurring direct debits. Membership fees are non-refundable once access to online materials, coaching sessions, or other membership benefits has been provided.

Cancellation Policy

Group Coaching and Workshop Cancellations

For group coaching sessions and workshops, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations to receive a credit for a future session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will forfeit the session fee unless otherwise stated.

One-on-One Coaching Cancellations

For one-on-one coaching sessions, clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Failure to provide notice may result in a forfeited session or additional fees for rescheduling, at our discretion.

Membership Cancellations

Memberships are on a 12-month subscription basis. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Early termination fees may apply if the contract is ended before the completion of the subscription term. Access to membership benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Coaching Ethics and Conduct

Client and Coach Responsibilities

As a professional coaching service, The Wright Method and its coaches adhere to high ethical standards. By engaging with our services, you agree to:

• Approach the coaching relationship with openness and respect.
• Communicate promptly about any issues or concerns.
• Participate actively in the coaching process to achieve desired outcomes.

We reserve the right to terminate the coaching relationship if a client is found to engage in unethical behaviour, harassment, or any form of abuse towards coaches or other clients.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify The Wright Method and undertake to keep The Wright Method indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by The Wright Method to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute) incurred by The Wright Method arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and

Conditions.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The Wright Method reserves the right to update these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure your compliance. Continued use of the Website and services indicates acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Dispute Resolution

Mediation and Arbitration

If any dispute arises out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first seek to resolve it through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation, and if mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Australian Disputes Centre (ADC).

 

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between The Wright Method and the user regarding the use of the Website and services, superseding any prior agreements.

Severability

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
